What information is included in my OET Statement of Results?

If you've taken OET prior to or are taking OET in August 2018

Your Statement of Results will include the following:

  • Personal details
  • Your OET Candidate Number
  • The OET Venue Number
  • Dates of the last OET administrations taken within the last three calendar years
  • Individual results you’ve received in each subtest, in each OET administration
  • Date the Statement of Results was issued
  • Key to codes; which defines the individual subtest results
  • CEO’s signature.

Important Note: No result combinations or splits, changes or alterations can be made to official OET Statement of Results.  

If you're taking OET from September 2018

Your Statement of Results includes:

  • Your test day photo
  • Your full name as printed on your passport (or other accepted ID), OET Candidate Number, profession, date of birth, OET Venue Number, gender and nationality
  • Your results for each subtest expressed as a numerical score from 0 to 500 in ten-point increments (e.g. 350, 360, 370) and mapped to a letter grade (e.g. A, B, C+)
  • Date the Statement of Results was issued
  • CEO’s signature
