If you are sitting the OET in Australia:
- You must provide your valid, current Passport as proof of identity on Test Day. No other photo Identification Document will be accepted, unless officially authorised by OET.
If you are sitting the OET outside of Australia:
- You must provide your valid, current Passport as proof of identity on test day. Alternatively, if you hold an official National Identity Card for the country in which you are sitting the OET, you may use that as your proof of identity.
On Test Day you must present the same ID Document that was entered in your application for the OET. Your ID Document must be valid and the details must match exactly as the details you provided in your application. If the information provided on Test Day does not match the information entered on your application you will not be able to sit the OET.
Important note: If you will not have a valid, current Passport on Test Day you must request an Authorisation Letter no later than the application closing date for the test administration.
